San Francisco signs many free agents, including two crucial defenders.

The San Francisco 49ers signed six free agents on Monday, led by Leonard Floyd and De'Vondre Campbell.

Campbell signed a one-year deal with the 49ers, while Floyd signed two.

Floyd has 32 tackles, 19 quarterback hits, and 10.5 sacks in 17 games (16 starts) for the Buffalo Bills in 2023.

Nine-plus sacks in each of the last four years, 39.5 total. Floyd helped the 49ers oppose Nick Bosa with 41 pressures and 11.3% pressure rate.

San Francisco signed Campbell for a year after his release from Green Bay. He recorded 75 tackles in 11 games and one pass defense as an off-ball linebacker.

Former first-team All-Pro (2021) Campbell will play linebacker alongside Fred Warner while Dre Greenlaw is out.

After Greenlaw tore his left Achilles in the Super Bowl, the 49ers needed a starter.

San Francisco inked one-year contracts with cornerback Chase Lucas, Isaac Yiadom, and Brandon Parker. They also re-signed offensive lineman Jon Feliciano for one year.
