Raspberry Chia Pudding.

Raspberry chia pudding is a delightful and nutritious treat that makes for a perfect breakfast, snack, or dessert option.

Packed with fiber, protein, and antioxidants, this creamy pudding offers a burst of flavor and a satisfying texture. Plus, it's incredibly easy to prepare and can be customized to suit your taste preferences.

– If using fresh raspberries, rinse them thoroughly under cold water. If using frozen raspberries, thaw them at room temperature or microwave them gently until softened.

– Place the raspberries in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If desired, you can strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds for a smoother texture, but this step is optional.

– In a medium-sized bowl, combine the raspberry puree, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract.

– Whisk the mixture together until well combined. Make sure the chia seeds are evenly distributed throughout the liquid to prevent clumping.

– Once mixed, cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into individual serving jars or containers.

– Place the pudding in the refrigerator to chill and set for at least 4 hours or overnight. During this time, the chia seeds will absorb the liquid and thicken the pudding to a creamy consistency.
