Kelly Clarkson's American Idol coach Debra Byrd dies, ‘heartbroken’ Jennifer Hudson posts emotional adieu

The death has occurred of Debra Byrd, an American Idol coach who had worked with Bob Dylan and Barry Manilow and who had coached famous singers like as Kelly Clarkson. 

Byrd, who had coached many celebrity singers, had passed away at the age of 72.

She was best recognized for her work as a voice coach on American Idol, where she worked with notable artists such as Bob Dylan and Barry Manilow at various points in her career.

An emotional post was written by Jennifer Hudson in which she paid tribute to her mentor. 

 In her letter, she expressed her "heartbreak" over the loss of Debra Byrd, who served as the voice coach on American Idol.

"From the very beginning, she was a source of encouragement and support for us! Because of everything that she taught us, I am quite grateful.

 In addition, she stated that "her legacy will live on through the music of countless artists whom she influenced during her lifetime."

She continued by saying that "she will be greatly missed."
